Official ground breaking ceremony is held for the new Hershey Foods Corporate Office Complex and Data Center. Hershey Foods transfers ownership of its corporate headquarters facility (High Point, former home of Milton S. Hershey), the property, and furnishings to Hershey Trust Company.
