Hershey Foods Corporation acquires the North American assets of Huhtamaki comprised of Leaf, Inc. Leaf confectionery products include: Jolly Rancher, Whoppers, Milk Duds, Good & Plenty, Pay Day, Heath, Rainblo and Super Bubble. As part of the transaction, Huhtamaki acquires Gubor and Sperlari.
