Hershey Trust Company announces the sale of Hershey Square Shopping Center in Derry Township to a joint venture partnership for $28.5 million. The partnership of Heidenberg Properties Group, Norse Realty and Strategic Real Estate Partners purchased the 218,290-square-foot supermarket anchored center, which includes 30,600 square feet of in-line retail space and has six outlots, including Applebee’s and Panera Bread restaurants as well as a Verizon store.
