Donating to the Archives

The Archives seeks to collect, preserve and make available records that document the history and development of the Hershey, Pennsylvania community. More specifically, the Archives seeks to collect records that document:
  • The life and work of Milton S. Hershey.
  • The creation, development and management of the Hershey community.
  • The institutions created and/or supported by Milton S. Hershey.
  • Institutions established in Hershey since Milton S. Hershey's death.
  • Individuals significantly involved with those institutions and the community.
If you feel your material falls within one of the above categories, please Contact the Archives to make arrangements for your donation. The Archives will coordinate its efforts with other area historical repositories in order to ensure a cooperative effort in documenting the history of the Hershey area. As a result, it is possible staff may encourage your donation be given to a better suited repository.
